McCaskill calls for review of counternarcotics contracts after $100M in improper charges

U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) called Tuesday for a review of counternarcotics contracts, after a Pentagon investigation found that Northrop Grumman and one of its subcontractors improperly charged the U.S. government more than $100 million in "questionable" costs.
